We have had a change in plans for our upcoming Christmas Festivities. On Friday, Dec. 2 at 6:30 p.m., we will show the Polar Express in the Children’s Corner located at the intersection of Casey and Meeting streets in Downtown Loris. Dew’s Sugar Shack will be on location with lots of great goodies like hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, popcorn and more. Exciting things will happen if you believe!

Saturday, Dec. 3, will be our Loris Christmas Parades and celebrations. The celebration will kick off at noon with a themed kid’s area in the Children’s Corner with vendors, lots of wonderful entertainment.

The traditional parade will begin at 1 p.m. and new this year. We will have a golf cart parade following the traditional parade.

We also have a new route. The parades will begin at Loris First Baptist Church on Main Street. They will travel down Main Street to Meeting Street, turn right Meeting Street, turn right onto Casey Street, turn right on to Mitchell Street, then turn left on Main Street and finish at the Loris First Baptist Church.

Thank you all for your support and always remember to SHOP LORIS FIRST!
