Police are investigating a robbery that happened Tuesday at a store in Myrtle Beach, authorities said.

The Myrtle Beach Police Department responded to the report of an armed robbery at Brazilian Food Mart at 310 North Kings Highway. The incident was reported around 2:50 p.m.

Cpl. Tom Vest said the store was robbed by a suspect who presented a weapon and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

No arrests had been made in the case at the time of this report.
