Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue responded to a house fire in the 9000 block of Kings Road Tuesday afternoon.

Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue responded to a blaze at a home in the 9000 block of Kings Road Tuesday afternoon, said Lt. Christian Sliker.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel saw fire and smoke coming from the structure. About 50% of the single-family home was involved.

Crews were able to have the fire under control in about 20 minutes and no injuries were reported.

The call came in around 3 p.m.
