A Bunny handshake

Lucas Santmyer was one of hundreds of children at the 2016 Easter Egg Hunt at the Conway Recreation Department who got an up close visit with the Easter Bunny. The Bunny will be back Saturday morning.

The Annual Conway Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday at the Billy Gardner Recreation Complex, located at 1515 Mill Pond Road (near the Shelter). 

Games and activities as well as Inflatables will be offered, starting at 10 a.m. The Easter Bunny will also be on site.  Enjoy fun games, inflatables, prizes and candy!!! 

More than 10,000 candy-filled eggs will be hidden in the park. The following egg hunts will be available:  1-2 years old at 11 a.m. (one parent may assist their child); 3-5 years old at 11:15 a.m. (NO parent may assist); 6-8 years old at 11:30 a.m. (NO parent may assist) and 9-12 years old at 11:45 a.m. (NO parent may assist). 

All hunts will start at the specified time. Hundreds of special prize eggs will be hidden. Grand prize for the older age groups will be a bicycle. Kids are encouraged to bring their own baskets.   

 The seventh annual Twi-Light Egg Hunt will be held Thursday at Riverfront Park, located at 6 Elm Street in Conway. The hunt starts at Dusk (Approximately 8 p..m).  This popular event is for middle school age children (age 11–13). Three thousand candy-filled eggs will be hidden in the park. Don’t forget to bring a flashlight and a basket. The grand prize for this age group will be a bicycle! The Easter Bunny will also make a special appearance.
