A new Jimmy John’s sandwich shop is planned for the South Strand.
The new store is located at 112 Loyola Drive, Myrtle Beach, next to Panda Express off U.S. 17 Bypass.
The sub shop’s planned opening date is May 7, said franchisee Logan Rogers.
The chain is known for its offering of sandwiches, chips and cookies and delivery services.
The new shop will deliver to addresses within a five-minute radius and offer catering to those looking to order boxed meals or platters.
Customers will also be able to order an unwich, which sees a lettuce wrap be used as a substitute for bread.
Anyone wishing to apply for a crew member or delivery driver position at the new store can contact Rogers at 843-430-1263.
There are two other locations currently open in Horry County. One of them Rogers purchased this year is off of S.C. 544 in Conway, and the other store is located off Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach.
